And nowadays, so much change is beyond our control. Jobs are lost, loved ones leave or die, savings dwindle, friends move on. Fundamentally life includes these events and they cause stress.
So how to deal with this? Techniques and tools can help of course. Perhaps you are feeling very fearful, even panicky. These are stressful times and many people are anxious and worried about changes that are out of their control.
